Ice Cream Sandwiches

Shopping list:

  • TAGO Toffee fudge
  • A bar of dark chocolate
  • A bar of white chocolate
  • 100g roasted walnuts
  • 1 pack of Maltballs
  • Freeze-dried raspberries
  • Ice cream in several flavours in a round box

To do list:

  1. Pour water into the pot. Then turn on the gas and wait until it starts steaming. Place a metal bowl over the pot. It is important that the water surface does not contact the bottom of the bowl.

  2. Pour the white chocolate into the bowl and wait until it melts. Make sure the water temperature is not high. When melting the chocolate in the water bath, remember to keep stirring.

  3. In the meantime, blend the Maltballs into dust – you will use them as a sprinkle.

  4. Pour the white chocolate into a bowl, then melt the bitter chocolate in the same way.

  5. Cut ice cream, preferably in a round shape, into 3-4 cm stripes. Then place them between the two Tago Toffee Fudges. Squeeze tight so that the ice cream fills the edges of the Toffee Fudges

  6. Then soak the prepared Ice Cream Sandwich in chocolate and sprinkle.

  7. Enjoy!
